Olive garden did a nice job of bringing out fresh breadsticks and 2 bowls of salad for our party of 5. The food came out hot and it actually looked like what was pictured in the menu. They also were very attentive and ensured the drinks were flowing and topped off in a timely manner. The service was exceptional and so was the food put on the table (even though I still want them to bring back the chicken con brocolli, which has been off of the menu for the last 5 years or so). I was not a fan of our party of 5 being seated at a 4 top table with an extra chair. Needless to say things were tight at our table. Add to that, we were right next to a booth and there was heavy traffic on 2 sides of our table which meant a lot of bum brushing on our shoulder and upper backs.

We all know that OG is a chain and that's not always a bad thing. The food is consistent and presentation has improved over the years. They currently have the never ending pasta bowl promo starting at $9.99 but that just didn't appeal to me. How much pasta does one need? Especially when it comes with unlimited salad and filling breadsticks. We shared a starter of crispy Parmesan asparagus. At $4.50, not a bad deal and very yummo! They also offer this roasted which I'm sure would be delicious too. I've never ordered the grilled salmon at OG and decided to give it a shot. I swapped the broccoli for asparagus which they did without issue. Everyone got their pasta and the manager came over to tell me that my salmon would be a few more minutes due to the first one fell apart on the grill. I can appreciate her taking the time to explain what happened and it was no problem as I was still finishing up my salad. It was totally worth the wait! The staff at this OG are extremely nice and go out of their way to ensure a great dining experience! Kudos to management for excellent training! I started w

Bryan was a great server. When I asked him how I could get the spaghetti and meat sauce with the tortelloni al forno- he shifted my choice to the meatball duo, it was amazing, had my spaghetti and tortelloni! Have some to bring home tonight for dinner as well. Bryan was attentive, had great knowledge of the menu and made our experience at this location as great one! Thanks!

Our waiter, Tyler, was the BEST server I have ever had. He was super friendly and made sure we had everything. They got busy after he took our order and was kind enough to come back past to tell us it may be a little slow going. I don't think we waited any longer than normal, he checked on us several times after the food was delivered and smiled the whole time. The food wasn't bad either.

Olive Garden is the Olive Garden. What can I say further about this chain other than their standard is good across the Nation. What really makes the difference is the people in the different locations. Had diner last night with another couple and one of us had the tour, and two of us had the seafood. Another had the cheese ravioli. The food and decor was the same as everywhere else. Butttt---the experience was top notch due to a happy waiter named JOHN. Their's a lot of thorns in the industry but he was a rose. THANKS JOHN FOR LIKING YOUR JOB AND DOING IT WELL!

2 adults and one child..$35.00 with tea drinks. Stuffed manicotti good, Childs chicken ok. DO NOT ORDER THE EGGPLANT PARM. It had 2 slices of eggplant and I walked away hungry for $10.00.

PRETTY GOOD CORPORATE ITALIAN FARE In the past we've been to both good and bad Olive Gardens. This corporate chain seems to lack uniformity. For example, the one on Route 7 in South Burlington, VT is excellent, however the one on US 41 in Fort Myers is not so hot. This particular one has only been open one month and seems to fall just about in the middle. The Tuscany soup was a little watery and not as rich as we remember it from elsewhere. We both had the Taste of Tuscany with sausage. It came with plenty of delicious sausage, but the dish was too salty, and quite creamy as well. The side "Tomato Basil & Feta Cheese Bruschetta" was wimpy, uninspired and lacking is much feta. If we're desperate, we'll return, but not often. The server was very nice. Overall, a decidedly ho-hum experience.

We haven't been to Olive Garden in years! I'm so happy that we did. We had a wonderful time. The service was awesome, especially our waiter. The manager was very helpful and very involved with customers and wait staff and the food was very yummy! Great portions and great price!

The best one around. Always good service and great food. Though we have many others near and in Naples, we know when we come here we will not have any regrets. The drive is worth it. Love the endless salad, my hubby of course downs the bread, I like the Gluten Free Pasta. TIP: Sit in the bar area if you do not want to wait. No difference. They have booths in there too.

One of the best Olive Gardens in the area. My server Anthony was the best. He was genuinely attentive to our every needs. The food and atmosphere is outstanding. The staff is always friendly and the restaurant is always well cleaned. Seneca who is a culinary chef is outstanding, he ensures that your food will be memorable. Have a great time, I did. Four thumbs up.

Service was awesome our waitress was friendly and on the ball. It was right before Christmas and the place was packed, so I think she did a great job!!! Food was okay, nothing to write home about.

We had lunch there today. Service was excellent but----- the water & coke tasted so bad of choline that we will not go back. The least they could do is change their filters. The parking spaces are also so narrow that the car doors could easily be damaged.

I'm kind of loath to give Olive Garden a thumbs-up, but this location is either much, much better than the one on 41, or in the intervening years since I've been to an Olive Garden they've improved their culinary game as a whole. It's still unimaginative pasta, but the service was quick, prices were low (last time we went, 2 adults and a toddler ate for under $40), and it was reasonably tasty. Sure, you can get the same results at home for much, much less, but at least you're not cleaning dishes afterwards here.

What can I say? It's Olive Garden. Food is good and plentiful (at least the soup and salad). Service is attentive and restaurant clean. Been here twice and have not have anything negative to say.

I'm so glad that they FINALLY opened an OG closer to me. When you go, ask for Patrick. We had enjoyed Patrick's personable service at another restaurant & when we didn't see him on several visits to this other restaurant, we asked about him and was told we would find him at the new OG. So glad I asked, bc he is really great. Seriously great personality, quick, helpful & good with little ones (my 4-yr old loved showing Patrick his newly-learned magic tricks last night when we were there!)

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
